CANCELLATION POLICY
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the service booked. Same day cancellations, reschedules & no-shows incur a fee of 75% of service amount. There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
